Delivery

Postage costs apply to UK only and are automatically calculated via PayPal.

For international orders please contact us for costs, postage and packaging.

Deliveries

Deliveries are normally from existing stock and we do our best to dispatch within 3-5 days. ‘Special order’ items are not kept in stock and will take 10-28 days for delivery but you will receive an email notice when the item is dispatched.

Our main couriers are Royal Mail and Parcel Force but other services may occasionally be used.

Damages

If an item is damaged upon delivery, do not use it and contact us for a replacement.

Returns

If a product is new and still sealed you may return it to us for a full refund.

If the package has been opened but the product is unused then return it in the original packing for a refund.

Items that have been used or have parts missing cannot be refunded.

Security

Online security is of paramount importance. Financial details and transaction processing are maintained by Paypal using secure encryption. We do not retain credit information - All card details are shredded after we receive them from Paypal, phone orders and stand purchases are shredded directly after uploading to Paypal.
